When I sought a consultant for my agency, I knew I wanted something different.  The issues were pressing - we needed really, concrete, substantive change – a clear path forward.  I was so fortunate to have found Jan Glick & Associates! During the entire duration of our project, Jan was always accessible.  In individual meetings, board meetings, phone calls, and emails, Jan and his team worked with me and my board toward the goal that they helped us define; in our case, it was either agency turnaround or partnership.  Additionally, the fact that Jan has on his team the extraordinary benefit of both financial and legal expertise was an enormous help.
